Consultation appointments are always free of charge.
All initial install appointments will require a deposit equal to the value of the extensions and all customers will need to have a valid card on file at all times.
It is important to note that clients are responsible for covering the cost of the hair prior to booking an installation appointment. The hair cost may vary based on the desired type, length, and quality of the extensions. It is also important for clients to inquire about the specific hair requirements and associated costs before confirming their appointment. This disclaimer ensures transparency and allows for proper planning to provide the best possible service.
We strive to provide punctual and efficient service to all our clients. However, we understand that occasional delays can occur. As a courtesy, I offer a 10-minute grace period for clients arriving late to their scheduled appointments. Please note that this grace period is subject to my discretion and the availability of time slots. In the event that you exceed the grace period, I may need to reschedule your appointment to accommodate other clients and you would be subject to a cancellation fee. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in arriving promptly to ensure the smooth running of my schedule and to provide optimal service to all my valued clients.
Kindly be advised that in the event of a cancellation made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, a fee of 50% of the appointment cost will be charged. This policy is in place to ensure fairness to both the salon and our valued clients. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but please consider the impact of last-minute cancellations on our stylists' schedules and the opportunity cost of vacant time slots. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in honoring this policy, as it allows us to maintain our commitment to providing exceptional service to all of our clients.
